The Weekend

This is the accessible one — a 2–3 day mountain gathering put on by Stokehouse Productions. We camp together, hike into real terrain, rig slacklines you’re welcome to try, cook and eat as a group, and end each night around the fire with s’mores and good company. Come for the adventure, the people, and a couple of days off the grid in a beautiful place.

What You’ll Do

Camp under the stars. Two nights out, tents in the trees, fire every evening.

Hike the terrain. Guided walks into the mountains at a pace that works for everyone.

Get on the slackline. Lines rigged and coached — from your first wobbling steps to walking it end to end. No experience needed.

Eat well, together. Every meal for the weekend is provided and cooked as a group — plus s’mores, stories, and stoke around the fire. It’s the heart of the whole thing.

Bring your own tent, sleeping bag, and personal gear — a full packing list comes in your packet. This is a shared-cost community event, not a guided expedition; you take part at your own risk.

Where

Northern California. The retreat is held up in the mountains, with Sacramento International (SMF) as the nearest airport — an easy drive from the site. Plan your travel around SMF.

Exact spot revealed to confirmed guests. We keep the precise location quiet to protect the place and the group. Once you’re registered and confirmed, you’ll receive the GPS coordinates and a full expedition packet with directions, timing, and what to bring.
